Blue Paddle Pass Training, Harstena, St. Anna

Harstena is on the outside of the Gryt archipelago and is ideal for finding varied conditions, with good waves and rock gardens on it’s exposed South Eastern side. We will work with each paddler to develop their skill set and confidence in a range of conditions. At the end of the course there will be a one to one de-brief with each paddler and an action plan for each paddler to enable then to train towards the level required for the blå paddelpass.
The course fee doesn’t include accommodation but we can put you in touch with good places to stay at a reasonable price or you could camp. Harstena can be reached by line 776 ferry from Fyrudden (https://www.ostgotatrafiken.se/sa-reser-du-med-oss/bestallningstrafik/skargardstrafik/) or by paddling there. Kevin will lead a paddle out from Fyrudden on the evening of 19th May and a return trip on the evening of 21st May.
Ideal for an intermediate paddler looking to improve their skill set and become more confident in conditions. You can use your own equipment or the use of ours is included in the fee. We will send each person a detailed list of the equipment needed for this course and can provide anything that you don’t yet have.
The course starts at 9.30 on 20 May and ends at 17.00 on 21 May.
